Joeys Ambli Campus introduced a new venture Early Years Programme (EYP) in 2021, for the most precious age group of 2 - 3 years. With the significant key stones being consciousness, mindfulness and receptiveness, this ‘tailor made' programme is based on the 5 essential areas of development, with NATURE woven seamlessly through the entire tapestry of all their milestones.
Children inherently love nature and the outdoors. Thus we recognize that raising their ecological awareness needs to begin early. Their natural curiosity is a perfect springboard into the study of the environment creating endless possibilities for studying the nature closely.
Tapping into this, our interdisciplinary programme comprises familiarizing children with plants, trees, animals, birds, seasons, diversity and life cycles through exploratory nature walks, engaging experiments, ‘do it yourself' activities, mindful sharing sessions and ‘bridge the gap' tasks that extend this learning at home too.
Ultimately, their love for planet Earth is nurtured increasing their ‘real world' knowledge as well as problem solving skills.
The 3 A's of Attention, Approval and Affection scaffold the teaching learning process and act as light house beacons showing the right path to the teachers and the children constantly and consistently.
